Why Insight Training?We are committed to promoting and developing best practice in customer insight.
Over the past few years the role of the in-house market researcher has diminished and in its place has grown the role of the insight manager. Some would argue that this is simply a name change and that the role is broadly similar. We would strongly suggest that the role is very different, requiring many new skills and capabilities for the new insight manager.
In fact generating insight and getting under the skin of the consumer is so important that it can no longer be left to single departments to handle, so those in other marketing roles often need to know how insight is generated and actioned.
