We offer a seamless process for addressing complex in-store business and marketing services issues through a combination of research techniques including qualitative depth interviews and focus groups, quantitative survey research, brainstorming and facilitation workshops, observation research, mystery shopping and desk research. These services are offered separately or as an integrated service.
